Estas son las últimas adquisiciones del Chifladoseo:

La filmoteca del Chifladoseo incorporó la película "Cinderfella" (1960), protagonizada por Jerry Lewis y dirigida por Frank Tashlin. Aquí Joe Besser no tuvo crédito en pantalla, pero trabajó con el director en el guión como colaborador en los gags.

Afiche original argentino de la película "Strange Affair" (1944), con Allyn Joslyn y Evelyn Keyes. Antes de su regreso a los Tres Chiflados, Shemp Howard hace aquí el papel de conductor torpe de un camión de lavadero y aparece en los créditos del cartel.

Película recientemente incorporada a la dvdteca: "San Francisco" (1936), protagonizada por Clark Gable, Jeanette MacDonald y Spencer Tracy. Ted Healy, el mentor de los Tres Chiflados, aparece en esta cinta con sus Chiflados de reemplazo Sammy Wolfe (Sammy Glasser), Red Pearson y Jimmy Brewster, pero el tiempo en pantalla del nuevo trío fue editado antes del estreno del film. Healy hace el papel de Mat, compinche y mano derecha de Gable. Director: W.S. Van Dyke.

Se incorporó a la colección discográfica el single de 7 pulgadas "The 3 Stooges in The Princess & the Pea", canción tomada del LP "The 3 Stooges in Storyland".

Se suma a la colección de cómics el número 45 de Gold Key (reedición).

Se agrega el primer número en español que se ha publicado sobre los Tres Chiflados. Fue el 30 de noviembre de 1954 por la Editora de Periódicos, S.C.L., "La Prensa", y hasta el momento se conocen solamente dos ejemplares en existencia en todo el mundo. Extremadamente raro.

Otra adquisición que se incorpora a la colección de pósters es el afiche original argentino de "Snow White and the Three Stooges" (1961), en excelentes condiciones. Con éste se completa la colección de afiches argentinos de películas en las que los Tres Chiflados son protagonistas.

Otra adición a la colección discográfica: el popular LP "The Nonsense Songbook" (1963), editado por CORAL, en su celofán original y en una condición envidiable: Mint-

Seguimos sumando discos a la colección discográfica: el LP "The Three Stooges Sing for Kids" (1967), editado por VOCALION, y que contiene 10 de los 12 cortes del LP "The Nonsense Songbook". Nuevo y nunca abierto, sellado al vacío en su celofán original.

Directo desde Rio Grande Do Sul (Brasil) se agrega a la colección de cómics la revista Star Album Nº 22 (enero de 1968).

Dos platos decorativos ("Tree Surgeons" y "Pop Art") de la colección "The Franklin Mint", del año 1994. Con estos dos platos se completa la primera serie de 6 que se puso en circulación en el período 1993-1994.

Ampliamos la colección de fílmicos con este rollo de 8 mm del corto "Goofs and Saddles", títulos que Columbia editaba en versiones mudas y subtituladas en la década del '60.

Seguimos engrosando la colección de discos con el single de 7 pulgadas "The 3 Stooges Come to Your House and Make a Record", canciones tomadas del LP "Madcap Musical Nonsense".

Se suma este LP de "The Knuckleheads", en el que interpretan el tema "The Curly Shuffle" y varios más. Acompaña el LP un single de 7 pulgadas (con la misma foto pero diferente fondo) con dos temas, entre ellos el antes mencionado.

Incorporamos a la filmoteca la película "4 for Texas" (1963), protagonizada entre otros por Frank Sinatra y Dean Martin. Larry, Moe y Curly-Joe interpretan a tres ineptos entregadores de una pintura, recreando junto a Martin el viego gag de "apuntar hacia la derecha". A continuación, reviven junto a otras actrices la antigua rutina de "él es uno de los hombres más rudos del estado de *clap-clap-clap* ¡Texas!"

Seguimos sumando rollos fílmicos de 8 mm, esta vez con el corto "Idle Roomers", material original que era distribuido por Columbia Pictures.

Se agrega esta foto original (a las casi 700 que posee el museo) de la película "The Outlaws IS Coming!" (1965), protagonizada por Larry, Moe, Curly-Joe y Adam West. Condición: VERY FINE.

El museo obtuvo una colección completa de juguetes de cotillón con la imagen de los Tres Chiflados: 8 fichas, 7 trompos, 6 mini flippers, 4 mini laberintos, 1 anillo, 1 juego de dominó, 1 juego de ludo automático y 1 flipper grande. Industria argentina.

Agrandamos la colección de fílmicos con estos dos rollos en 16 mm. El primero, "The Yoke's on Me" (1944), está hablado en castellano y es una copia prácticamente de laboratorio, sin empalmes ni rayaduras y con el audio en sincro. Una joya. El segundo, "Guns a Poppin!" (1957), tiene todos los títulos de presentación en castellano y el corto es en inglés subtitulado. Pocos empalmes y buen estado en general.

Seguimos ampliando la colección de fílmicos en 16 mm con "Triple Crossed" (1959). Corto en inglés subtitulado, con excelente fotografía, pocos empalmes y muy buen estado en general.

Siguen llegando rollos de fílmicos en 16 mm: "Healthy, Wealthy and Dumb" (1938) está hablado en castellano, tiene unos pocos segundos perdidos al principio pero la copia está en muy buen estado.

Llega al Chifladoseo otro fílmico más en 16 mm: "Rusty Romeos" (1957), hablado en castellano y en muy buen estado.

Directo desde Florida, Estados Unidos, el museo recibe el disco de 45 RPM con la banda de sonido de la película "Have Rocket, Will Travel" (1959). Al tratarse del primer disco que se editó sobre los Tres Chiflados, es un coleccionable bastante difícil de encontrar en cualquier condición.

Se suma a la colección esta máscara grande de tres cabezas hecha en plástico fino moldeado, aerografiada a mano, en impecable estado. A semejanza de la que Comedy III lanzó en 1996, pero china. Podés ser Moe por un rato...

Desde New York, Estados Unidos, llega este póster de publicidad en cartón grueso hecho para Hostess: "Baking it Better" (1989).

El museo obtuvo otra colección completa de juguetes con la imagen de los Tres Chiflados: 6 rompecabezas, 4 sets de cartas gruesas de 6 piezas (que juntas forman una foto en el dorso), 3 trompos y 2 sets de mini cartas. Industria argentina.

También desde New York recibimos esta revista titulada "The Films of Yesteryear", autoeditada por Linda S. y Ron S. Downey en junio de 1978, en la que aparece un artículo de 11 páginas firmado por Walt Mitchell que describe brevemente la historia del grupo, ilustrado con muchas fotos.

Sumamos a la colección de autógrafos uno difícil: el de Margaret Kerry. Margaret actuó en las secuencias filmadas de "The New 3 Stooges" (1965), además de aportar su voz para los dibujos animados de este show. También es muy conocida por proveer los movimientos en pantomima para el personaje de Campanita, que fueron capturados en filme y luego animados por el equipo de Disney.

Incorporamos este libro para colorear serie Whitman de 128 páginas que data de 1964, en gran estado y con solamente 2 páginas semicoloreadas en crayón. Difícil de encontrar en buena condición.

Engrosamos la colección de fotos con este set de 9 fotografías de la película "The Three Stooges meet Hercules" (1962). Estas fotos de publicidad fueron provistas por Columbia Pictures con permiso para reproducirlas en diarios y revistas a fin de promover el filme. Condición: VERY FINE.

Recibimos desde California, Estados Unidos, este ejemplar Nº623 de la revista TV Guide correspondiente a la semana del 6 al 12 de marzo de 1965, en el cual aparece esta nota de 3 páginas sobre Larry, Moe y Curly-Joe.

Recibimos también la colección completa de 6 paquetes de los Puffy Stick-Ons, serie de autoadhesivos en colores de Moe, Larry y Curly que salieron a la venta en 1988 bajo Norman Maurer Productions. Condición: NEAR MINT.

Se suma a la colección de figuras este muñeco de Moe, hecho en Corea a mediados de los '90. No es un producto bajo licencia, es una imitación pirata, lo cual lo hace mucho más difícil de ubicar. Una característica inusual de esta figura es que tiene el pelo pintado de marrón claro en vez de oscuro.

Agregamos este juego hecho por Cinemaware en 1987 para la Commodore 64/128. Está completo con dos floppys y el manual de instrucciones, donde en la última página hay una nota escrita por Joan Howard Maurer (hija de Moe) en la que le cuenta al diseñador del juego ¡cuánto disfrutó jugándolo!

Hace poco obtuvimos el autógrafo original de Phil Regan, actor de largometrajes. Phil (el segundo desde la izquierda) apareció junto a Moe, Larry y Curly en "Swing Parade of 1946" (1946), película de Monogram.

Sumamos estas tres figuras de 4 pulgadas de alto hechas en PVC por Norman Maurer Productions en 1991. Muy buen estado, pintadas a mano.

El Chifladoseo recibe el afiche original (one-sheet) de la película "Give Us Wings" (1940), en la que Shemp Howard interpreta a Buzz, en un rol cómico/sentimental. Condición: VERY GOOD-FINE, con linen backing. El linen backing es un proceso usado para preservar un afiche de cine, el cual se monta sobre un respaldo de lino para reforzar su estructura y también para restaurarlo. Se trabaja sobre defectos como manchas, faltantes, dobleces, arrugas, escrituras, los cuales luego de la intervención se hacen prácticamente imperceptibles a la vista cuando el afiche se mira desde cierta distancia, y da la sensación de que la pieza intervenida es casi nueva. ¡Cuando es hecho por profesionales, el linen backing incrementa el valor de un afiche, además de ser un proceso completamente reversible!

El museo incorpora estas dos máscaras de Larry y Curly hechas en plástico grueso por Ben Cooper en 1984, en excelente condición. Tiene detalles aerografiados, cabello (en la de Larry, por supuesto) y las etiquetas originales aún unidas a las máscaras por dos hilos de plástico. Producto bajo licencia de Norman Maurer Productions. Condición: VERY FINE.

Se suma a la colección este raro panfleto publicitario de 1959 para promocionar los discos de "Feliz Cumpleaños" de los Tres Chiflados. Condición: MINT. La idea del disco de por sí merece un capítulo aparte: en un intento por personalizarlos, los Chiflados grabaron el Feliz Cumpleaños a 238 nombres diferentes! (120 de niñas, 102 de niños y 16 nombres genéricos). Cada uno de estos discos venía en una cubierta amarilla que también estaba personalizada con deseos de feliz cumpleaños para cada nombre. También se editaron otros dos tipos de cubiertas. Al parecer la comercialización del disco de "Feliz Cumpleaños" fue un fracaso porque los vendedores minoristas no pudieron tener todos los nombres disponibles.

The film library of El Chifladoseo incorporated the film "Cinderfella" (1960), starring Jerry Lewis and directed by Frank Tashlin. Here Joe Besser had no on-screen credit, but was successful with the director on the guide as a gag contributor.

Original Argentine poster of the movie "Strange Affair" (1944), with Allyn Joslyn and Evelyn Keyes. Before his return to the Three Stooges, Shemp Howard plays here the clumsy driver of a laundry truck and appears in the poster credits.

Film recently added to the DVD library: "San Francisco" (1936), starring Clark Gable, Jeanette MacDonald and Spencer Tracy. Ted Healy, the mentor of the Three Stooges, appears in this film with his replacement Stooges Sammy Wolfe (Sammy Glasser), Red Pearson and Jimmy Brewster, but the screen time of the new trio was edited out before the release of the film. Healy plays Mat, Gable's sidekick and right hand man. Director: W.S. Van Dyke.

The 7-inch single "The 3 Stooges in The Princess & the Pea", a song taken from the LP "The 3 Stooges in Storyland", was added to the record collection.

Gold Key's 45th issue (reissue) is added to the comic collection.

The first comic issue in Spanish that has been published on the Three Stooges is added. It was on November 30, 1954 by the Editora de Perióticos, S.C.L., "La Prensa", and so far only two copies are known in existence worldwide. Extremely rare.

Another acquisition that is incorporated into the poster collection is the original Argentine poster for "Snow White and the Three Stooges" (1961), in excellent condition. This completes the collection of Argentine movie posters in which the Three Stooges are the protagonists.

We expanded the collection of films with this 8 mm reel of the short "Goofs and Saddles", titles that Columbia released in silent and subtitled versions in the 1960's.

This LP of "The Knuckleheads" is added, in which they interpret the song "The Curly Shuffle" and several more. The LP is accompanied by a 7-inch single (with the same photo but different background) with two songs, including the aforementioned.

We added the film "4 for Texas" (1963), starring Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, among others. Larry, Moe and Curly-Joe play three inept painting deliverymen, recreating with Martin the old gag of "point to the right". They then relive the old "he's one of the toughest men of * clap-clap-clap * Texas!" routine with other actresses.

We continue adding 8 mm film reels, this time with the short "Idle Roomers", original material that was distributed by Columbia Pictures.

This original photo is added (to the almost 700 that the museum owns) from the movie "The Outlaws IS Coming!" (1965), starring Larry, Moe, Curly-Joe and Adam West. Condition: VERY FINE.

The museum obtained a complete collection of party favors toys with the image of the Three Stooges: 8 tiles, 7 spinning tops, 6 mini flippers, 4 mini mazes, 1 ring, 1 game of dominoes, 1 game of automatic ludo and 1 large pinball machine. Argentine industry.

We expand the film collection with these two 16mm rolls. The first, "The Yoke's on Me" (1944), is spoken in Spanish and is practically a laboratory copy, without joints or scratches and with the audio in sync. The second, "Guns a Poppin!" (1957), has all the presentation titles in Spanish and the short is in English with subtitles. Few joints and good general condition.

We continue to expand the 16mm film collection with "Triple Crossed" (1959). Short in English with subtitles, with excellent photography, few joints and very good general condition.

Reels of 16 mm films keep coming: "Healthy, Wealthy and Dumb" (1938) is spoken in Spanish, it has a few lost seconds at the beginning but the copy is in very good condition.

Another 16 mm film arrives at Chifladoseo: "Rusty Romeos" (1957), spoken in Spanish and in very good condition.

Direct from Florida, United States, the museum receives the 45 RPM record with the soundtrack of the movie "Have Rocket, Will Travel" (1959). Being the first album to be released on the Three Stooges, it is quite a difficult collectible to find in any condition.

This large three-headed mask is added to the collection, made of molded fine plastic, airbrushed by hand, in impeccable condition. Similar to the one that Comedy III launched in 1996, but Chinese. You can be Moe for a while...

From New York, United States, comes this thick cardboard advertising poster made for Hostess: "Baking it Better" (1989).

The museum obtained another complete collection of toys with the image of the Three Stooges: 6 puzzles, 4 sets of 6-piece thick cards (which together form a photo on the back), 3 tops and 2 sets of mini cards. Argentine industry.

Also from New York we received this magazine entitled "The Films of Yesteryear", self-published by Linda S. and Ron S. Downey in June 1978, in which appears an 11-page article signed by Walt Mitchell that briefly describes the history of the group , illustrated with many photos.

We add to the collection of autographs that of Margaret Kerry. Margaret acted in the filmed sequences of "The New 3 Stooges" (1965), in addition to providing her voice for the cartoons of this show. She is also well known for providing the pantomime moves for the Tinkerbell character, which were captured on film and then animated by the Disney team.

We incorporate this 128 page Whitman series coloring book dating from 1964, in great condition and with only 2 semi-colored crayon pages. Hard to find in good condition.

We add to the photo collection this set of 9 photographs from the movie "The Three Stooges meet Hercules" (1962). These publicity stills were provided by Columbia Pictures with permission to reproduce in newspapers and magazines to promote the film. Condition: VERY FINE.

We received from California, United States, this issue No. 623 of TV Guide magazine for the week of March 6 to 12, 1965, in which this 3-page article about Larry, Moe and Curly-Joe appears.

We also received the complete 6-pack collection of the Puffy Stick-Ons, a series of Moe, Larry and Curly color stickers that were released in 1988 under Norman Maurer Productions. Condition: NEAR MINT.

Joining the collection of figures is this Moe doll, made in Korea in the mid-90s. It is not a licensed product, it is a pirated knockoff, which makes it much more difficult to locate. An unusual feature of this figure is that his hair is painted light brown instead of dark.

We added this game made by Cinemaware in 1987 for the Commodore 64/128. It is complete with two floppies and the instruction manual, where on the last page there is a note written by Joan Howard Maurer (Moe's daughter) telling the game designer how much she enjoyed playing it!

We recently got the original autograph from feature film actor Phil Regan. Phil (second from left) appeared alongside Moe, Larry and Curly in "Swing Parade of 1946" (1946), a Monogram film.

We add these three 4-inch tall PVC figures made by Norman Maurer Productions in 1991. Very good condition, hand painted.

El Chifladoseo receives the original poster (one-sheet) of the film "Give Us Wings" (1940), in which Shemp Howard plays Buzz, in a comic / sentimental role. Condition: VERY GOOD-FINE, with linen backing. Linen backing is a process used to preserve a movie poster, which is mounted on linen to reinforce its structure and also to restore it. It works on defects such as stains, missing parts, folds, wrinkles, writing, which after the intervention become practically imperceptible to the eye when the poster is viewed from a certain distance, and it gives the impression that the intervened piece is almost new. When done by professionals, linen backing increases the value of a poster, as well as being a completely reversible process!

The museum incorporates these two Larry and Curly masks made from thick plastic by Ben Cooper in 1984, in excellent condition. It has airbrushed details, hair (on Larry's, of course), and the original tags still attached to the masks by two plastic threads. Product under license from Norman Maurer Productions. Condition: VERY FINE.

Adding to the collection is this rare 1959 advertising pamphlet to promote the Three Stooges' "Happy Birthday" records. Condition: MINT. The album idea itself deserves a separate chapter: in an attempt to personalize them, the Stooges recorded Happy Birthday to 238 different names! (120 for girls, 102 for boys and 16 generic names). Each of these discs came in a yellow cover that was also personalized with happy Birthday wishes for each name. Two other types of covers were also published. Apparently the marketing of the "Happy Birthday" album was a failure because the retailers were unable to have all the names available.

We recently added a difficult card to the collection: No. 47 from the Movie Stars series of Falcón, Calvo y Cía cigarettes (1937), which features Ted Healy, mentor to the Three Stooges. On the back it features the advertisement for Ted in the movie "It's in the Air."

El Chifladoseo recently obtained these golf balls in their original packaging. Comedy III Productions.

We received 5 various badges: a 1-inch Rasta badge (manufacturer and date unknown), a 1½-inch "CURLY for PRESIDENT" button (1983, Norman Maurer Productions), a 2-inch anti-Clinton button from the '90s, a 2-inch from the movie "Stoogemania" (1985, Atlantic) and a large 3-inch pin from Clark Collector Cups (1993, Norman Maurer Productions).

From Missouri, United States, we also received another very rare item: the ORIGINAL script of continuity and dialogue for the film "Feudin ', Fussin' and A-Fightin '", dated June 3, 1948. In this film, Joe Besser plays the role of Sheriff Sharkey Dolan. Condition: VERY GOOD.

The museum obtained this rolled insert from the movie "Tight Shoes" (1941), where Shemp plays the role of Okay. Condition: VERY FINE-NEAR MINT.

We add this rare Australian daybill of 34 x 76 cm. from the movie "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World" (1963, from its revival in the '70s), where the Three Stooges make a cameo as firefighters. Condition: VERY GOOD.
